Thai Panang Curry Recipe



Put a little oil into a pan and add the curry paste

Heat at medium, then add 1/2 a glass of water, dissolve paste

Bring to boil, add another half a glass of water

Simmer until red patches of oil develop, then add the sliced chicken

Add the sliced green veg

Add fish sauce (or soy sauce) and sugar to taste (initially two tspns fish sauce, one of sugar)

Increase heat, when chicken is thoroughly cooked add coconut milk

Cook for a further 2 minutes
